How to disconnect platforms and request deletion.

1. Disconnect Facebook, Instagram or TikTok
Open Workspace Settings → Accounts and disconnect the account. Somemind deletes the encrypted access and refresh tokens and stops future publishing. You may also revoke Somemind in the platform’s own app settings.
2. Request deletion
Use Settings → GDPR → Delete account while signed in, or email info@punasaariresearch.fi from the registered address. We may verify identity and authority before acting. Meta data-deletion callbacks are processed through the published signed callback endpoint.
3. What is deleted
Subject to lawful retention, deletion covers profiles, memberships, workspace content, media, automation settings, social connections and tokens, notifications and operational records tied to the account. Shared business records may be reassigned or removed according to the workspace owner’s instructions.
4. Exceptions and timing
Deletion requests normally enter a 30-day safety period and are then processed with bounded retries. Invoices, accounting records, legal acceptance evidence, fraud/security evidence and dispute records may remain for the period required by law or legitimate legal claims. Backups expire under their normal protected retention cycle.
